摘要
以不同颜色的刺梨花为研究对象,对其基本营养成分进行全面分析,并对不同溶剂的刺梨花提取物开展了抗氧化活性评价的研究。结果发现:刺梨花中含有丰富的粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、总糖及膳食纤维。刺梨花中钾含量最高,其次为钙、磷、镁等。刺梨花中维生素C和总类胡萝卜素含量较高。甲醇体系对刺梨花提取物的抗氧化活性强于纯水、乙醇及乙酸乙酯等体系。
A comprehensive analysis of the basic nutritional components of Rosa roxburghi Tratt flowers with different colors was conducted,and antioxidant activity evaluation of Rosa roxburghi Tratt flower ex-tracts with different solvents was conducted.The results showed that Rosa roxburghii Tratt flower was rich in crude protein,crude fat,total sugar,and dietary fiber.The potassium content in Rosa roxburghii Tratt flower was the highest,followed by calcium,phosphorus,magnesium,etc.The content of vitamin C and total carotenoids in Rosa roxburghi Tratt flower was relatively high.The antioxidant activity of the metha-nol system on the extract of Rosa roxburghi Tratt flower was stronger than that of pure water,ethanol,and ethyl acetate systems.
