摘要
从优化配方的角度来实现软质PVC材料高光泽度,研究不同树脂、润滑剂类型以及轻钙填充量对装饰材料表面光泽及产品物理性能的影响;通过不同配方产品的光泽效果、流动性、力学性能等参数对比.研究结果表明,在最优配方条件下制得的软质PVC材料,其光泽度≥78 Gu且性能良好.有望在汽车玻璃装饰方面获得实际应用.
In this paper,the high gloss of soft PVC materials is realized from the perspective of optimizing the formula,the effects of different resins,lubricant types and light calcium filling amounts on the surface gloss and physical properties of decorative materials are studied,and the gloss effect,fluidity,mechanical properties and other parameters of products with different formula are compared.The results show that the soft PVC material prepared under the optimal formulation conditions enjoys a gloss of≥78 Gu and good performance.It is expected to gain practical applications in automotive glass decoration.
