变倾角煤层内工作面开采诱冲机理及防治技术

摘要 以褶曲翼部影响区内工作面开采为工程背景,通过现场调研、理论分析、数值模拟和现场工业性试验等方法,对煤层倾角变化诱发冲击地压机理及其防治进行了研究。结果表明:煤体在集中静载和近场应力扰动叠加作用下易处于静态破坏类型或动态破坏I类型,而在集中静载和远场应力扰动叠加作用下易处于动态破坏II类型;随着煤层倾角从0°增大至45°,沿空巷道煤柱侧内垂向应力逐渐增加,实体煤侧垂向应力逐渐减小。提出了采用围岩卸压与非对称支护协同控制的防冲方法,现场电磁辐射监测结果表明该协同控制方法能够有效提高围岩稳定性。 Taking the engineering background of working face mining in the influence area of fold structure wing,the mechanism and prevention of rock burst induced by the change of coal seam inclination are studied by field investigation,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field industrial test.The results show that:under the superposition of concentrated static load and near-field stress disturbance,coal is easy to be in static failure type or dynamic failure type I,while under the superposition of concentrated static load and far-field stress disturbance,coal is easy to be in dynamic failure type II.As the inclination angle of coal seam increases from 0°to 45°,the vertical stress of coal pillar side of goaf roadway increases gradually,while the vertical stress of solid coal side decreases gradually.A new anti-scour method is proposed,which adopts the cooperative control of surrounding rock pressure relief and asymmetric support.The results of electromagnetic radiation monitoring show that the cooperative control method can effectively improve the stability of surrounding rock.
