摘要
为适应矿工自我实现的心理需求,明确矿工被信任感对安全绩效的影响,改善矿工安全绩效;基于自我评价机制和社会交换理论,构建矿工被信任感、关系认同、工作满意度和安全绩效的链式中介模型;通过问卷收集268名一线矿工的有效数据,利用SPSS 27.0和Mplus 7.5软件进行实证分析并检验。研究表明:矿工被信任感与安全绩效、关系认同以及工作满意度之间呈显著正相关;安全绩效与关系认同和工作满意度之间也呈显著正相关;关系认同与工作满意度不仅起独立中介作用,还存在链式中介效应。
In order to adapt to the psychological needs of miners’self-realization,clarify the impact of miners’sense of trust on safety performance,and improve miners’safety performance,based on the self-evaluation mechanism and social exchange theory,a chain intermediary model of miners’trust,relationship identity,job satisfaction and safety performance is constructed.The valid data of 268 front-line miners were collected through questionnaires,and the SPSS 27.0 and Mplus 7.5 software were used for empirical analysis and verification.The results show that miners’sense of trust is significantly positively correlated with safety performance,relationship recognition and job satisfaction.There was also a significant positive correlation between safety performance and relationship recognition and job satisfaction.Relationship identity and job satisfaction not only play an independent mediating role,but also have a chain mediation effect.
