摘要
汽车制动盘在化学成分上具有高碳特点,在结构上具有盘式特征。本文论述了对制动盘化学成分、硬度、金相组织、楔压强度进行检测时的要点,避免检测结果出现误差甚至错误,提高测量精度、避免争议。
The automotive brake disc has high carbon characteristics in chemical composition and the brake disc has disc characteristics in structure.we discuss the brake′s testing methods,such as chemical composition,hardness,microstructure,wedge compressive strength.It can avoid errors or even wrongs in the test results,improve the measurement accuracy and avoid disputes.
