摘要
根据轧机机架结构特点进行铸造工艺设计,借助MAGMA软件进行凝固过程数值模拟分析和检验工艺方案的合理性,最终生产的机架质量满足轧机标准要求。
According to the structural characteristics of the mill housing,and the solidification process was numerically simulated and analyzed with the help of MAGMA software to verify the rationality of the process plan.The quality of the final produced housing met the requirements of the mill standards.
