桂枝茯苓胶囊辅助腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗OEC患者的效果及对卵巢功能的影响

Effect of Guizhi Poria Capsule Assisted Laparoscopic Ovarian Cyst Stripping in the Treatment of Patients with OEC and its Effect on Ovarian Function

研究桂枝茯苓胶囊辅助腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿(Ovarian chocolate cyst, OEC)患者的效果及对糖类抗原(Carbohydrate antigen, CA)125、卵泡刺激素(Follicle-stimulating hormone, FSH)、黄体生成素(Luteinizing hormone, LH)及雌二醇(Estradiol, E2)等卵巢功能的影响。择取2020年2月至2023年2月本院收治的100例OEC患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法,分为研究组和对照组,各50例。两组患者均实施腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术,在此基础上,对照组患者给予孕三烯酮胶囊,研究组给予桂枝茯苓胶囊,共治疗6个月。比较治疗前后患者糖类抗原CA-125、FSH、LH、E2等的水平,依据治疗前后患者症状及其血清抗苗勒氏管激素(Anti-Müllerian hormone, AMH)评估临床疗效。研究组治疗总有效率为98.00%,对照组治疗总有效率为82.00%,研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者糖类抗原CA-125、FSH、LH水平显著降低,E2水平显著升高,且研究组患者糖类抗原CA-125、FSH、LH、E2水平均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。桂枝茯苓胶囊辅助腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术,能够提高OEC患者临床疗效,纠正卵巢功能紊乱,使糖类抗原CA-125、FSH、LH、E2等水平更趋向于正常水平,可为临床用药提供参考。

To study the effect of Guizhi Poria Capsule assisted laparoscopic ovarian cyst stripping in the treatment of patients with OEC(Ovarian endometriosis cyst)patients with ovarian chocolate cyst(OEC)and its effects on carbohydrate antigen(CA)125,follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),ovarian function including luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E,),etc,a total of 100 patients with OEC admitted to the authors'hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected for this study.According to the random number table,the patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,50 cases in each group.Both groups underwent laparoscopic ovarian cyst exfoliation.On this basis,the control group was given pregntrienone capsule and the study group was given Guizhi Poria Capsule for a total of 6 months.The levels of carbohydrate antigens CA-125,FSH,LH and E,before and after treatment were compared,and the clinical efficacy was assessed according to the symptoms and serum anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)before and after treatment.The total effective rate of the study group was 98.00%and that of the control group was 82.00%.The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of carbohydrate antigens CA-125,FSH and LH in the study group were significantly decreased,while the levels of E,were significantly increased,and were significantly higher than those in the control group;The levels of carbohydrate antigens CA-125,FSH,LH and E,in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Guizhi Poria Capsule assisted laparoscopic ovarian cyst stripping can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with OEC,correct ovarian dysfunction and make the levels of carbohydrate antigens CA-125,FSH,LH,E more inclined to the normal level,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
