弹舱门弹簧表面损伤状态与寿命相关性的数值模拟研究

摘要 通过试验分析与数值模拟相结合的方法,研究了弹簧在实际工况下应力场分布及疲劳寿命变化规律。结果表明:表面损伤深度在0~0.4mm时,弹簧每圈的等效应力分布大体相同,簧丝的内表面等效应力远大于外表面,此时外表面损伤对疲劳寿命基本无影响。当损伤深度超过0.5mm时,此时损伤区域应力集中显著增大,弹簧的疲劳寿命也呈断崖式下降。 Through the combination of experimental analysis and numerical simulation,the stress field distribution and fatigue life change law of spring under actual working conditions are studied.The results show that when the surface damage depth is 0~0.4mm,the equivalent stress distribution of each coil of spring is basically the same,and the equivalent stress of the inner surface of the spring wire is much greater than the outer surface,and the outer surface damage has no effect on the fatigue life.When the damage depth exceeds O0.5mm,the stress concentration in the damage area increases significantly.and the fatigue life of the spring also decreases in a precipitous manner.
