焊接表面对线性摩擦焊轴向缩短量的影响

The Influence of Welding Surface Characteristics on The Axial Shortening During Linear Friction Welding

摘要 以Q235A材料为焊接对象,通过实验研究了分别以精磨表面、润滑精磨表面、锈蚀表面、半精铣表面和粗铣表面等为焊接表面的5组试件在焊接过程中轴向缩短量的差异。实验结果显示:5组材料在焊后的相对缩短量差异不大,最大差值仅为0.233%。因此,在LFW加工过程中,如果对焊接轴向尺寸精度没有特别要求,为了提高加工效率,在焊接时可以不对焊接表面进行处理。 This study took Q235A material as the welding object,and experimentally studied the difference of axial shortening in the welding process of five groups of specimens with the polished surface,lubricated polished surface,rustled surface,semi-polished surface and rough milling surface as the welding surface.The experimental results show that there is little difference in the relative shortening of the five groups of materials after welding,and the maximum difference is only 0.233%.Therefore,in the process of LFW machining,if there is no special requirement for the welding axial dimensional accuracy,in order to improve the processing efficiency,the welding surface cannot be treated before welding.
