摘要
随机振动环境应力筛选试验是航天电子产品在生产制造过程中的一项重要内容,环境应力筛选试验做为一道工序,与产品的使用环境无关,目的是发现和剔除制造过程中的不良零件、元器件以及工艺缺陷等的早期故障。利用工艺电路板进行试验测定,分析响应曲线中的优势频率,进行局部带谷控制或降低控制谱值控制,保证不使筛选产品关键部位受到过应力作用。
Random vibration environmental stress screening test is an important content in the manufacturing process of aerospace electronic products.As a process,environmental stress screening test has nothing to do with the use of the product environment.The purpose of environmental stress screening test is to find and eliminate the early failure of bad parts,components and process defects in the manufacturing process.The process circuit board was used for test determination,and the dominant frequency in the response curve was analyzed.The local valley control was carried out or the control spectrum value was reduced to ensure that the key parts of the screened products were not subjected to over stress.
