摘要
本文分析了飞机装配手工制孔面临的制孔效率低、精度差、操作流程繁琐复杂等难题,通过研究C型压紧钻制孔技术特点,并通过试验验证了该技术可解决上述难题,同时可将C型压紧钻进一步推广至“T”型件、“C”型件、“工”型件的加工,具有重要的推广意义。
The challenges of the handheld drilling method,including low efficiency,poor accuracy and complicated operation process were analyzed.The drilling property of a C-type compression driller was investigated,and it was proved useful in solving the above problems.The C-type compression driller can be further applied in the T-type structure,C-type structure,and I-type structure.
