摘要
针对软磁合金零件深小孔的加工难点,通过技术和工艺分析,基于传统机械加工技术,提出了双向钻削方法,并结合铰孔和微小孔研磨技术,实现了直径为Φ0.3mm的深小孔精密加工。经批量检测结果显示,加工后的小孔具有孔径一致性高、直线度好、孔壁粗糙度好等优点。
Aiming at the diffculties of deep micro-hole machining in soft magnetic alloy parts,through technical analysis and process trials,based on the traditional machining technology,a bidirectional drilling method is proposed,and combined with micro-hole grinding technology.It achieved an Q0.3 deep micro-hole precision machining in soft magnetic alloy.The test results showed that the deep micro-holes in a batch have the advantage of high diameter consistency,good straightness and high degree of finish.
