摘要
针对现有耐火材料静态下抗玻璃液侵蚀测试方法,不能检测熔窑玻璃液动态流动侵蚀耐火材料的局限性,研究开发一种抗玻璃液动态侵蚀的试验设备及其测试方法,通过静态与动态试样的多次试验,证实耐火材料被侵蚀深度是不同的。采用本测试方法,为企业采购熔窑耐火材料的检测,提供更有效的评价报告。
The limitations of existing static testing methods for glass erosion resistance of refractory materials cannot detect the dynamic flow erosion of furnace glass liquid.Research and develop a testing equipment and testing method for dynamic erosion of glass liquid.Through multiple experiments on static and dynamic specimens,it is confirmed that the depth of erosion of refractory materials is different.Therefore,using this testing method can provide a more effective evaluation report for the inspection of refractory materials purchased by enterprises in the furnace.
