SCR脱硝催化剂在玻璃窑炉NO_X治理应用中的问题分析

摘要 SCR脱硝技术被广泛应用于玻璃窑炉NO_X治理过程中,但由于没有完全相同的项目经验和实例可供参考,经常出现由于使用不当造成脱硝催化剂提前失效事件。针对此现状,通过一个玻璃窑炉脱硝案例,研究分析运行过程中的不当操作对脱硝催化剂的影响,并对后续的运维对策提出了相应建议,以供后续玻璃窑炉SCR烟气脱硝装置运行维护借鉴。 SCR denitrification technology has been widely used in the process of NOx treatment in the glass furnace,but there is no identical project experience and example for reference,premature deactivation of denitrification catalyst caused by improper use often occurs.Aiming at the present situation,a case of flue gas denitrification in a glass furnace is presented to study and analyze the effect of improper operation on denitrification catalyst,and put forward the corresponding suggestions to the follow-up operation and maintenance countermeasures,so as to provide further reference and improvement for the following SCR operation&maintenance technology in the process of NOx treatment in the glass furnace.
