盐碱胁迫对红花幼苗的生理影响

摘要 以蒸馏水为对照,探究不同浓度不同比例的盐碱混合溶液对红花幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明:在盐碱溶液处理下,红花叶片的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素以及丙二醛的含量均发生不同程度的变化;可溶性糖和脯氨酸的含量均高于对照;超氧化物歧化酶活性部分高于对照,部分低于对照,而过氧化物酶活性均低于对照。根系活力除胁迫为NaCl∶NaHCO_(3)=1∶1,0.3 mol/L时低于对照,其余均高于对照。因此,在盐碱地栽培红花时,要根据土壤的盐碱浓度范围,选择适宜红花品种,才能为优质高产打下基础。 Using distilled water as a control,investigate the effects of different concentrations and ratios of salinealkali mixed solutions on the physiological characteristics of Carthamus tinctorius seedlings.The results showed that under the treatments of salinealkali solutions,the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll,and malondialdehyde in C.tinctorius leaves all changed to varying degrees;The contents of soluble sugar and proline were higher than those of the control;The activity of superoxide dismutase was partially higher than the control,partially lower than the control,while the activity of peroxidase was all lower than those of the control.The root activities of treatments were higher than the control,except for which under the stress of NaCl∶NaHCO_(3)at a ratio of 1∶1,and a concentration of 0.3 mol/L were lower than the control.Therefore,when cultivating C.tinctorius in salinealkali soil,it is necessary to select suitable C.tinctorius varieties based on the range of salinealkali concentration in soil,in order to lay the foundation for highquality and highyield.
