摘要
目的研究猫爪草的化学成分。方法采用硅胶和Sephadex LH⁃20柱色谱以及制备液相色谱等方法对猫爪草乙醇提取物的化学成分进行分离纯化,通过ESI⁃MS、1 H⁃NMR和13 C⁃NMR等数据对所得化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从中分离得到12个化合物,分别为豆甾醇(1)、白杨素(2)、短叶松素(3)、短叶松素⁃3⁃乙酸酯(4)、高良姜素(5)、乔松素(6)、芦丁(7)、咖啡酸(8)、5⁃羟基麦芽酚(9)、丁基⁃2⁃甲酰基⁃5⁃丁氧甲基⁃1H⁃吡咯⁃1⁃丁酯(10)、4⁃[甲酰基⁃5⁃(羟甲基)⁃1H⁃吡咯⁃1⁃基]丁酸(11)、β⁃谷甾醇(12)。结论其中化合物2~7为首次从猫爪草中分离得到,均为黄酮类化合物。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Ranunculi Ternati Radix.METHODS The ethanol extract of Ranunculi Ternati Radix was isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH⁃20 column chromatography,liq⁃uid chromatography and other methods,then the structures of the compounds were identified by ESI⁃MS,1 H⁃NMR,13 C⁃NMR data.RESULTS Twelve compounds were isolated and identified from Ranunculi Ternati Radix,including stigmasterol(1),chrysin(2),pinobanksin(3),galangin(4),pinobanksin⁃3⁃acetate(5),pinocembrin(6),rutin(7),caffeic acid(8),5⁃hydroxymaltol(9),butyl⁃2⁃formyl⁃5⁃butoxymethyl⁃1H⁃pyrrole⁃1⁃butanoate(10),4⁃[formyl⁃5⁃(hydroxymethyl)⁃1H⁃pyrrol⁃1⁃yl]butanoic acid(11)andβ⁃sitosterol(12).CONCLUSION Compounds 2-7 are isolated from Ranunculi Ternati Radix for the first time and are all flavonoids.
