摘要
目的回顾与分析我国临床药学发展主要领域,探讨我国临床药学发展现状与新趋势。方法检索中国知网、Web of Science数据库中临床药学及其主要领域的文献信息,分析国内外临床药学文献发表、关键词共现网络状况。结果我国临床药学主要在药学服务、合理用药和临床药学教育领域得到了快速发展,但是也存在合理用药研究局限、社会药店药学服务关注不足、临床药学教育研究探索不深入等问题。结论我国临床药学领域的研究逐渐从宏观向微观转变,合理用药研究需结合临床药学实践深入推进,药学服务尤其是社会药店药学服务需积极开展服务模式研究,临床药学教育需结合中国医学药学教育特点进行综合性改革探索。
OBJECTIVE To review the main areas of clinical pharmacy,and analyze the current situation and new trends of clini⁃cal pharmacy development in China.METHODS The literature of clinical pharmacy and its main fields was searched in CNKI and Web of Science.The publication status and keyword co⁃occurrence network of the domestic and foreign literature of clinical pharmacy were analyzed.RESULTS The clinical pharmacy in our country has been rapidly developed in the fields of pharmacy services,ra⁃tional drug use and clinical pharmacy education.Compared with other countries,there are still some problems,such as limitation of ra⁃tional drug use research,insufficient attention to pharmacy services in community pharmacies,and lack of in⁃depth exploration in phar⁃macy education.CONCLUSION The research perspective of clinical pharmacy in China is gradually changing from macro to micro.Rational drug use researches need to be promoted in depth in combination with pharmacy practice.Researches on pharmacy service models,especially in social pharmacy,need to be actively carried out.Comprehensive reform of pharmacy education needs to be ex⁃plored taking into account the characteristics of medical and pharmacy education in China.
