数字经济提升高技术产业创新绩效研究——基于中介效应和门槛效应的分析

摘要 在揭示数字经济对高技术产业创新绩效的影响基础上,通过构建指标体系测度我国省域数字经济发展水平,并基于2011—2020年我国30个省份建立面板数据,运用面板回归模型、中介效应模型和面板门槛模型,实证检验数字经济对高技术产业创新绩效的影响效应。研究结果表明:数字经济对高技术产业创新绩效具有显著的正向促进作用;数字经济通过促进高技术产业R&D人员投入和R&D资本投入的积累,间接促进创新绩效的提升;数字经济对高技术产业创新绩效的非线性溢出效应具有边际效应递增的门槛特征。据此,提出相关的政策建议。 On the basis of theoretically revealing the impact of digital economy on the innovation performance of high-tech industries,this study measures the development level of digital economy in China’s provinces by constructing an indicator system,and establishes panel data based on 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020.It uses panel regression model,intermediary effect model and panel threshold model to empirically test the impact of digital economy on the innovation performance of high-tech industries.The results show that:(1)digital economy has a significant positive effect on the innovation performance of high-tech industries;(2)the digital economy indirectly promotes the improvement of innovation performance by promoting the accumulation of R&D personnel investment and R&D capital investment in high-tech industries;(3)the spillover effect of digital economy on the innovation performance of high-tech industries has the threshold feature of increasing marginal effect.Accordingly,relevant policy recommendations are made.
