医学新生思想状况常态化分析和应对机制研究

Research on Normalization Analysis and Coping Mechanism of Medical Freshmen's Ideological Status

围绕立德树人根本任务,通过观察与访谈,发现青年亚文化、医学院校人才培养方案和医学新生个体成长规律等,对大一医学新生的思想状况具有重要影响。据此,为辅导员开展思政工作提供三点建议:第一,固守意识形态阵地,确保主流意识形态在文化传播中占主导地位;第二,结合医学院校人才培养方案,建立健全高校思政工作体系;第三,遵循医学新生思想发展规律,将思政教育贯穿医学教育全过程,家校联合,培养具有精湛医技、德才兼备的新型医学人才,当好基层“健康守门人”,服务“健康中国”的伟业。

Focusing on the fundamental task of moral education,through observation and interview,it is found that youth subculture,talent training program in medical colleges and individual growth rules of medical freshmen have an important impact on their ideological status.Based on this,three suggestions are provided for counselors to carry out Ideological&Political work:Firstly,hold firmly to the ideological and cultural battleground and ensure that mainstream ideologies occupy a dominant position in cultural dissemination.Secondly,establish and improve the Ideological&Political work system in Colleges in combination with the talent training program of medical Colleges.Thirdly,follow the developmental patterns of ideology among medical freshmen and integrate Ideological&Political education throughout the entire medical education process;encourage collaboration between families and schools to cultivate a new generation of medical professionals who possess outstanding medical skills and moral character.These professionals should be capable of serving as"gatekeepers of health"at the grassroots level and contributing to the great cause of building a"Healthy China".
