医学院校二级学院在心理育人工作中的协同机制构建研究

摘要 针对近年来医学院校学生心理问题呈现高发频发的趋势,二级学院作为心理健康预防体系的重要组成部分,发挥着不可替代的主体作用。分析二级学院在心理育人工作中存在的问题与不足,从党政协同、学教协同、师生协同、校院协同、家校协同、校际协同等方面进行探索和实践,协同推进心理育人工作,不断提升育人工作水平和效果。 In view of the trend of high incidence and frequent occurrence of psychological problems of medical college students in recent years,secondary school,as an important part of the mental health prevention system,play an irreplaceable main role.This paper analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the secondary school in the work of psychological education.Efforts can be made to explore and practice coordination and collaboration in various aspects,including coordination between the CPC and the government,coordination between teaching and learning,coordination between teachers and students,coordination between schools and colleges,coordination between families and schools,and coordination between inter-schools.Through these collaborations,efforts can be made to promote psychological education work,constantly improve the level and effectiveness of education,and enhance the overall mental well-being of students.
