摘要
为探讨MiniQuest辅助客观结构化临床技能评估(objective structured assessment of technical skills,OSATS)在外科临床技能考核中的应用价值,将2018年5月至2019年5月在兰州大学第二医院肿瘤内科实习的临床医学生90人,通过随机数字表法分为试验组(MiniQuest辅助OSATS)及对照组(传统OSATS),分别在3个月培训后进行考核及问卷调查,对两组结果进行评价分析。实践表明,MiniQuest辅助OSATS在外科临床技能培训中具有明显的优势,尤其是在精确评估和细化培训内容方面可以显著提升本科生的外科操作能力,从而提高教学质量。
To explore the application value of MiniQuest assisted objective structured assessment of technical skills(OSATS)in surgical clinical skill assessment,90 clinical medical students who interned in the Oncology Department of Lanzhou University Second Hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into an experimental group(MiniQuest assisted OSATS)and control group(traditional OSAS)with random number table method,After three months of training,assessments and questionnaire surveys were conducted to evaluate and analyze the results of the two groups.Practice has shown that MiniQuest assisted OSATS has significant advantages in surgical clinical skill training,especially in accurately evaluating and refining training content,which can significantly improve undergraduate students'surgical skills and thus improve teaching quality.
