摘要
使用UCLA孤独感量表、交往焦虑量表与无手机恐惧症量表对辽宁省某医科大学220名护理本科生进行问卷调查,探讨孤独感、交往焦虑和无手机恐惧症之间的关系,为护理本科生心理健康教育提供依据。研究表明,护理本科生交往焦虑和孤独感呈正相关(P<0.01),孤独感和交往焦虑均与无手机恐惧症呈正相关(P<0.01)。交往焦虑是护理本科生孤独感和无手机恐惧症间的中介变量,干预交往焦虑可缓解孤独感对无手机恐惧症的影响,从而促进护理本科生身心健康发展。
Questionnaire survey was conducted on 20 nursing undergraduate from certain medical university in Liaoning Province with the UCLA loneliness scale,Communication anxiety scale,and cellphone-free phobia scale to explore the relationship among loneliness,communication anxiety,and cellphone-free phobia,providing a basis for psychological health education for nursing undergraduate.Research has shown that there is a positive correlation between communication anxiety and loneliness among nursing undergraduate(P<0.01),and both loneliness and communication anxiety are positively correlated with cellphone-free phobia(P<0.01).Communication anxiety is a mediating variable between loneliness and cellphone-free phobia among nursing undergraduate.Intervention in communication anxiety can alleviate the impact of loneliness on cellphone-free phobia and promote the physical and mental health development of nursing undergraduate.
