摘要
对2011—2020年期间28篇采用张丽莉“医学生职业认同量表”(2010)测量医学生职业认同情况的文献(15162名被试)进行横断历史元分析,考察我国医学生职业认同水平随年份的变化趋势,探讨影响医学生职业认同的原因。研究显示,医学生职业认同水平10年间整体呈缓慢上升趋势,各维度均有不同程度的变化;职业承诺、职业期望、职业认知是影响医学生职业认同的主要结构因素;国家宏观政策和经济社会发展促进医学生职业认同水平提升。
Cross-temporal meta-analysis was conducted on 28 articles(15162 participants)from 2011 to 2020 with ZHANG Lili's"Medical Student Vocational Identity Scale"(2010)to measure the medical students'vocational identity.The aim was to examine the trend of changes in the level of medical students'vocational identity in China over the years and explore the reasons that affect their vocational identity.Research shows that the overall level of vocational identity among medical students has shown a slow upward trend over the past 10 years,with varying degrees of change in all dimensions;Career commitment,career expectations,and career cognition are the main structural factors that affect medical students'career identity;National macro policies and development of economic society promote the improvement of medical students'vocational identity level.
