The development of technical architecture,operational trends and changes in the business environment have shaped and will continue to shape the development direction of the library system.This paper reviews the current situation and characteristics of library system development from the aspects of Web interface and hosting solutions,API for collaborative work,library system deployment mode,service and collection mode and Library service Platforms,and analyzes and forecasts the future publishing mode,library work focus,in-depth application of cloud computing and industry integration.Finally,the article points out that the library system will further strengthen the interconnection between libraries,communities and their collections.
