新型大跨度现浇混凝土板状结构施工方法在李家岩水库中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 通常水利水电工程闸室结构的顶部会设计有不同跨度的板状现浇混凝土结构,其常规采用的施工方法为满堂架或悬挑梁架浇筑,其存在后期拆除模板支撑体系困难、安全隐患大、工期长、施工措施成本高等不利因素。以李家岩水库工程为例,阐述了一种新型大跨度现浇混凝土板状结构施工方法在李家岩水库工程中的应用过程。该方法可以确保在满足设计要求和质量的前提下降低安全风险,减少施工成本,同时能够加快施工进度,其应用取得了较好的经济效益。 The top of the gate chamber of water conservancy and hydropower projects will generally be designed with different span plate cast-in-place structure,for which the conventional construction method is full hall frame or cantilever beam pouring that has difficulties in later dismantling the formwork support system difficult,safety hazards,long construction period,high cost of measures and other unfavorable factors.This paper takes the Lijiayan Reservoir as an example to illustrate the application of a new large-span cast-in-place concrete plate structure construction method.The method can ensure that under the premise of meeting the design requirements and quality,it can reduce safety risks and construction costs,at the same time,speed up construction progress.Its application has achieved good economic benefits.
