摘要
PPP项目模式(Public-Private-Partnership)的引进为我国的工程建设项目管理提供了新的方向。随着工程规模的增长,传统管理模式已不能满足日趋高涨的高强度管理需求,基于现代信息技术的辅助管理系统,在工程建设项目管理中已得到越来越广泛的应用,进而促进了建设项目管理水平的不断提高。传统管理模式下的施工现场一直存在诸多痛点,比如安全管理混乱、事故隐患多;难以全面掌握施工现场的工作进度;成本管理不精细、盈亏不清楚;材料管理混乱;工程资料众多导致查找困难等,且因PPP项目往往规模庞大,对现场管理要求高,在这种需求下,基于BIM技术、物联网技术、3S技术等先进的信息科学技术,具有全生命周期、全方位、全要素特点的“三全”智慧管理平台为这种有着极高管理需求的建设项目提供了一个适合的答案。笔者阐述了“三全”智慧数字化综合管理平台在PPP项目中的应用过程。
The introduction of the PPP project model(Public-Private-Partnership)has provided a new direction for construction project management in China.However,as the scale of the project grows,traditional management models can no longer meet the demand for high-intensity management.Auxiliary management systems based on modern information technology have been increasingly widely used in the construction project management,which have promoted the continuous improvement of construction project management levels.In the traditional management mode,there have always been many shortcomings in the construction site,such as chaotic safety management and many hidden dangers;it is difficult to fully grasp the work progress of the construction site;the cost management is not precise and the profits and losses are not clear;the material management is chaotic;the large number of engineering materials makes it difficult to find etc.,and because PPP projects are often large in scale and have high requirements for on-site management.Under such a demand,based on advanced information science and technology such as BIM technology,Internet of Things technology,3S technology,etc.,it has the characteristics of full life cycle,all-round and all-element characteristics.The"three comprehensives"intelligent management platform provides a suitable answer for this kind of construction project with extremely high management requirements.This paper explains the application process of the"three comprehensives"intelligent digital comprehensive management platform in PPP projects.
