宽大平底板结构石方开挖施工工艺探讨

摘要 针对建基面石方开挖采用的传统施工工艺普遍存在的钻爆工艺难控制、一次开挖难成型且成型质量差、超挖超填严重等一系列难题,笔者阐述了杨房沟水电站EPC联合体通过工艺对比试验,为大坝河床坝段宽大平底板石方开挖创造技术条件、提供工艺参数,并将其成功应用于工程实际的过程,保证了工程质量、安全、进度、成本控制,所取得的经验对类似工程大规模平底板石方开挖具有指导意义。 In view of a series of problems commonly encountered in the traditional construction technology used in foundation rock excavation,such as difficult control of drilling and blasting process,difficulty in forming and poor forming quality during one-time excavation,and serious over-excavation and over-filling,this paper explains the process by which the EPC consortium of the Yangfanggou Hydropower Station created the technical conditions for the stone excavation for wide flat floor structure through process comparison test,provided the process parameters,and successfully applied them to the actual project,ensuring the quality,safety,progress and cost control for the project,and the experience gained has important guiding significance for stone excavation for wide flat floor structure.
