论建筑施工企业如何有效做好农民工的安全教育及培训工作

Discussion on How to Effectively Carry out Safety Education and Training for Migrant Workers in Construction Enterprises

鉴于我国城镇化水平不断提高,农民工的数量也在逐年上升。据国家统计局发布的《2022年农民工监测调查报告》显示:2022年全国农民工总人数为29562万人,比2021年增加了311万人,增长率为1.1%,从事建筑业的农民工比重为17.7%。就目前情况来看,农民工已成为产业工人的重要组成部分,他们为各个城市的建设和经济发展做出了重大贡献。然而,与产业工人相比,农民工的文化素养、专业技能及安全意识等方面都存在较大差距,易因其自身的不安全行为导致生产安全事故发生。笔者分析了建筑施工企业农民工安全教育及培训方面的现状及存在的问题,提出了农民工安全教育及培训的对策,旨在不断提高农民工的安全意识,促使其养成良好的安全习惯,以保障其自身生命和财产安全。

In view of constantly improving of urbanization level in China,and the number of migrant workers is also increasing year by year.According to the"2022 Monitoring and Investigation Report on Migrant Workers"released by the National Bureau of Statistics,the total number of migrant workers in China in 2022 was 295.62 million,an increase of 3.11 million from 2021,1.1%compared to 2021,the proportion of migrant workers engaged in the construction industry is 17.1%.At present,migrant workers have become an important component of industrial workers,making significant contributions to the construction and economic development of various cities.However,compared with industrial workers,there is a significant gap in the cultural literacy,professional skills,and safety awareness of migrant workers,which can easily lead to production safety accidents due to their own unsafe behavior.This article analyzes the current situation and existing problems in safety education and training for migrant workers in construction enterprises,and then proposes countermeasures for safety education and training for migrant workers,aiming to continuously improve their safety awareness,encourage them to develop good safety behaviors,and ensure their own life and property safety.
