Sc、Zr、SiCp混合作用对Al-5Mg合金组织性能的影响

The Effect of Sc,Zr,SiCp Mixing on the Microstructure and Properties of Al-5Mg Alloy

摘要 为提高Al-Mg合金综合性能,本文通过半固态搅拌辅助超声法成功制备出了Al-5Mg、w(SiC)=3%SiCp/Al-5Mg、Al-5Mg-0.35Sc-0.1Zr、w(SiC)=3%SiCp/Al-5Mg-0.35Sc-0.1Zr四种材料,利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、万能电子拉伸机、维氏硬度计等仪器,系统研究了材料的组织与性能。研究结果显示:w(SiC)=3%SiCp/Al-5Mg-0.35Sc-0.1Zr平均屈服强度、抗拉强度、伸长率、硬度分别为219 MPa、260 MPa、8.5%、90.35HV,而Al-5Mg基体合金平均屈服强度、抗拉强度、伸长率、硬度分别为107 MPa、167 MPa、7.5%、60.93HV。w(SiC)=3%SiCp/Al-5Mg-0.35Sc-0.1Zr复合材料相比Al-5Mg合金,其屈服强度、抗拉强度、伸长率、硬度分别提升了105%、54%、13%、48%。 To improve the comprehensive properties of Al-Mg alloy,four materials,Al-5Mg,w(SiC)=3%SiCp/Al-5Mg,Al-5Mg-0.35Sc-0.1Zr,and w(SiC)=3%SiCp/Al-5Mg-0.35Sc-0.1Zr,were successfully prepared by semi-solid stirring assisted ultrasound method in this paper.OM,SEM,tensile tester,Vikers hardness test and etc.were employed to study on the microstructures and property of the alloy and composites.The results showed that the average yield strength,tensile strength,elongation and hardness of SiCp/Al-5Mg-0.35Sc-0.1Zr are 219 MPa,260 MPa,8.5%and 90.35HV respectively.The average yield strength,tensile strength,elongation and hardness of Al-5Mg matrix alloy are 107 MPa,167 MPa,7.5%and 60.93HV,respectively.Compared with Al-5Mg alloy,the yield strength,tensile strength,elongation and hardness of w(SiC)=3%SiCp/Al-5Mg-0.35Sc-0.1Zr composites are increased by 105%,54%,13%and 48%,respectively.
