高钛澳精粉成球特性研究和生产应用

摘要 当前追求冶炼流程中各工序的极致降本仍是各大钢铁企业面临的首要挑战,开发高性价比精粉替代优质高价精粉对降低球团矿生产成本有重要意义。高钛澳精粉作为一种中高品位、低硅、低碱、高钛矿种,物理造球性能优良,与其它精粉搭配使用,可显著提高生球落下强度,但会降低生球爆裂温度。若配用比例过高,会恶化链篦机料层透气性,对生球干燥效果、回转窑焙烧气氛、产质量指标均有不利影响。综合各类指标分析,高钛澳精粉可配用于球团生产,建议配用比例不超过10%。 The pursuit of ultimate cost reduction in various processes of the smelting process is still the primary challenge faced by major steel enterprises.Developing cost-effective refined powder to replace high-quality and high priced refined powder is of great significance in reducing the production cost of pellet ore.As a medium to high grade,low silicon,low alkali and high titanium ore,high titanium Australian concentrate has excellent physical pelletizing performance.When used in combination with other concentrates,it can significantly improve the green ball falling strength,but will reduce the green ball burst temperature.If the proportion is too high,it will deteriorate the gas permeability of the grate material layer,and have adverse effects on the green ball drying effect,Rotary kiln baking atmosphere,production and quality indicators.Based on comprehensive analysis of various indicators,high titanium Australian refined powder can be used for pellet production,and it is recommended to use a proportion not exceeding 10%.
