《圣济总录》无名方特点探析

An Analysis of the Characteristics of the Unnamed Prescription in Sheng Ji Zong Lu

目前对无名方剂的研究尚有大片空缺,相较于经方名方,许多无方名的有效验方未被广泛应用临床。基于对宋代官修方书《圣济总录》的深入挖掘,发现该书载有无名方近1 300首。这些方剂多以“治某疾病或证候方”或“又方”等形式收录,涉及剂型丰富,并以单方居多,具有简、便、廉、效等优点,体现出传统朴素的经验用方思想,部分养生方则具有浓厚的道教色彩。这是中医学留下的一份宝贵遗产,值得进一步整理与临床效仿应用的。

Presently,there are still many vacancies in the study of the unnamed prescription.Compared with famous classical formulas,many effective prescriptions without names have not been widely used in clinical practice.Through indepth excavation of Sheng Ji Zong Lu,an official prescription book in the Song dynasty,it is found that there are nearly 1 300 unnamed prescriptions in this book.These prescriptions are mostly included in the form of “treating a disease or syndrome prescription” or “another prescription”.They involve various dosage forms and are mostly composed of single herbs.They have the advantages of simple,convenient,inexpensive and effective,reflecting the traditional simple experience prescription thought.Some prescriptions have distinct characteristics of the Taoist.This is a valuable heritage left by Chinese medicine,which is worthy of further collation and clinical application.
