Liu Hongxu's Treatment of Double Heart Disease Based on Liver and Spleen Harmonization Theory

双心疾病是一组心血管疾病合并精神心理问题的疾病的统称,是心内科常见病,但目前尚无有效的根治手段和方法。针对双心疾病,结合中医“心主血脉”“心主神明”的生理功能以及现代人的生活特点,刘红旭教授认为双心疾病病理特点为肝有余而脾不足,阳有余而阴不足,肝脾失调为其重要病机,故以肝脾同调为总则。症状表现着眼于情志不遂、纳差乏力、舌红脉弦,治疗上采用解郁清热、健脾养心之法,遣方用药方面多以丹栀逍遥散加减,随症化裁。本文总结刘红旭教授基于肝脾同调论治双心疾病的思路及经验用药,并附医案一则,佐以说明。

Double heart disease is a general term for a group of cardiovascular diseases combined with psychosomatic problems,which is a common disease in cardiology,but there are no effective cures " and" methods at present.In view of double heart disease,combining with the physiological function of " heart governs blood and heart governs Shen" in traditional Chinese medicine and the living characteristics of modern people,Professor Liu Hongxu believes that the pathological characteristics of double heart disease are liver excess and spleen deficiency,Yang excess and Yin deficiency,and the imbalance of the liver and the spleen is the important mechanism of the disease,so the general principle is to adjust the liver and the spleen together.Symptoms manifestation focuses on the emotional disturbances,poor appetite and fatigue,red tongue and stringy pulse,the treatment adopts the method which relieves the depression and clears away the heat,strengthens the spleen and nourishes the heart,the dispatch prescription uses the medicine to Danzhi Xiaoyao powder to add the subtraction,with the symptom to be tailored.This paper summarizes Professor Liu Hongxu based on the liver and spleen same adjustment theory of treatment of double heart disease ideas and experience with medicine,and attached to a medical case,to support the description.
