The mathematical literacy and rational thinking of students have great positive significance for their personal future development.It is a compulsory course for mathematics teachers in higher vocational colleges to enhance students’mathematical literacy and rational thinking by integrating mathematical modeling thought.In order to cultivate students’mathematical thinking and learning interest in mathematics,it is necessary to carry out reasonable application and powerful development of this learning mode,vigorously promote mathematical modeling thought into the construction of mathematics teaching in higher vocational colleges,and actively integrate mathematical modeling thought.
