内生增长理论视域下产学研合作动力机制研究

The Research on the Motivation Mechanism of Industry-University-Research Cooperation from the Perspective of Endogenous Growth Theory

我国产学研合作在推动经济高质量发展方面取得了良好成效,然而,产学研合作仍然缺乏内生动力,“校热企冷,合而不深”的现象普遍存在。基于内生增长理论,从人力资本、技术进步、分工协同与政策制度四个维度分析产学研合作内生性因素和动力机制。

China’s industry-university-research cooperation has achieved good results in promoting high-quality economic development.However,the cooperation still lacks endogenous impetus,and it is widespread that“school is enthusiastic but enterprise is indifferent,and the cooperation is superficial but not substantial”.Based on the endogenous growth theory,this paper analyzes the endogenous factors and dynamic mechanism of industry-university-research cooperation from four dimensions:human capital,technological progress,division of labor and coordination,and policy system.
