摘要
我国是香菇生产大国,显见产生的香菇菌糠资源十分丰富。但香菇菌糠只有少量被用作肥料、饲料或燃料,大多被废弃,未能合理利用,既造成资源的浪费,又严重污染环境。研究开发利用香菇菌糠具有重要的社会、经济、环境意义。依据近年来(2016年以后)国内发表相关文献,综述香菇菌糠研究进展,为香菇菌糠的进一步研究和开发利用提供参考。
China is a large country of shiitake mushroom production,shiitake mushroom bran resources are very rich.However,only a small amount of shiitake mushroom bran is used as fertilizer,feed or fuel,most of which are discarded and not reasonably utilized,resulting in waste of resources and serious environmental pollution.Research and development of shiitake mushroom bran has important social,economic and environmental significance.Based on the relevant literature published in China in recent years(after 2016),the research progress on shiitake mushroom bran was reviewed to provide reference for further research and development and utilization of shiitake mushroom bran.
