摘要
以PET机理为荧光机制,邻苯二胺为识别基团,设计合成了新型甲醛(FA)检测荧光探针F-4并进行表征,所有中间体均经过^(1)H NMR、MS确认,探针F-4通过HPLC纯化,纯度超过95%,通过紫外分光光度计、荧光光度计检测探针与FA反应前后的紫外及荧光变化。研究发现,探针F-4其本身荧光非常微弱,在与FA结合后,荧光发射波长红移且荧光强度显著增强。证实此探针检测FA的活性较好。
A novel formaldehyde(FA)detection fluorescent probe F-4 was designed and synthesized using PET mechanism as the fluorescence mechanism and o-phenylenediamine as the recognition group.All intermediates were confirmed by ^(1)H NMR and MS,and probe F-4 was purified by HPLC with a purity of over 95%.UV and fluorescence changes of the probe before and after the reaction with FA were detected by UV spectrophotometer and fluorescence spectrophotometer.Research was found that the fluorescence of probe F-4 itself was very weak.After binding with FA,the fluorescence emission wavelength shifts red and the fluorescence intensity was significantly enhanced.It was confirmed that this probe had good activity in detecting FA.
