摘要
研究了利用醋酸锌(ZnA)与菊苣叶提取物(CIL.L)合成的新缓蚀剂抑制A3碳钢金属腐蚀的性能。通过傅里叶红外光谱仪和X射线光电子能谱仪对合成缓蚀剂(ZnA-CIL.L)进行结构表征。利用旋转挂片实验对比研究不同浓度ZnA-CIL.L在不同温度下对A3碳钢在循环冷却水中的腐蚀抑制效果,得出最佳浓度为0.65 g/L,缓蚀效率为96.81%。利用电化学阻抗谱等电化学实验进一步分析了ZnA-CIL.L对于A3碳钢的作用机理。
The performance of a new corrosion inhibitor synthesized with zinc acetate(ZnA)and chicory leaf extract(CIL.L)to inhibit metal corrosion was studied.The structure of the synthetic corrosion inhibitor(ZnA-CIL.L)was characterized by Fourier infrared spectrometer and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer.Then the inhibition effect of ZnA-CIL.L on A3 carbon steel in simulated circulating cooling water at different temperatures was investigated by rotating sample experiment,which can provide feasibility verification for the later electrochemical mechanism analysis.The results showed that the optimal concentration of ZnA-CIL.L was 0.65 g/L,the inhibition efficiency was 96.81%.
