一种低密度导热凝胶的制备及性能研究

摘要 以乙烯基硅油、含氢硅油、氢氧化铝等原料,制备了一种低密度导热凝胶,探讨了不同粉体用量对导热性能的影响;同时考察了不同硅氢比对凝胶力学性能与导热性能以及渗油率的影响,并且对高温老化下的综合性能进行了考察。结果表明:油粉比达到5.5时,导热系数能够到达2 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),硅氢比在0.7时综合性能最佳:黏度180 Pa·s,硬度为60 HOO,拉伸强度为0.22 MPa,伸长率为140%,剪切强度为0.15 MPa,渗油率0.52%。同时在高温老化过程中,导热凝胶的各方面性能依旧保持良好,能够满足实际使用要求。 A low-density thermal conductive gel was prepared from vinyl silicone oil,hydrogen containing silicone oil,aluminum hydroxide and other raw materials.The influence of different powder dosage on thermal conductivity was explored,at the same time,the effects of different Si-H/Si-Vi ratios on the mechanical properties,thermal conductivity and oil permeability of gel were investigated,and the comprehensive properties under high temperature aging were also investigated.The results showed that when the ratio of silicone oil to thermal conductive powder reached 5.5,the thermal conductivity could reach 2 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),the comprehensive performance of thermal conductive gel was excellent when the ratio of Si-H/Si-Vi was 0.7,with viscosity of 180 Pa·s,hardness of 60 HOO,tensile strength of 0.22 MPa,elongation of 140%,shear strength of 0.15 MPa,and oil leakage rate of 0.52%.In addition,in the process of high-temperature aging,all aspects of the performance of the thermal conductive gel remained good,which could meet the actual use requirements.
