课程思政在高校生物化学课程教学改革中的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on Course Ideology and Politics in Teaching Reform of Biochemistry Courses in Colleges and Universities

生物化学是重庆工商大学食品科学与工程、制药工程和应用化学专业的选修或必修课程。作为利用化学理论研究生命现象的一门学科,生物化学与日常生活紧密相关,蕴含了丰富的课程思政素材。为了提高教学质量,构建全员、全程、全方位育人格局,落实立德树人的根本任务,我校生物化学课程教学团队收集整理了一批课程思政素材并将其应用到教学实践当中,取得了良好的效果。

Biochemistry is an optional/compulsory course for majors such as Food Science and Engineering,Pharmaceutical Engineering,and Applied Chemistry in Chongqing Technology and Business University.As a discipline that uses chemical theory to study life phenomena,Biochemistry is highly related to daily life and contains rich elements for course ideology and politics.In order to improve the quality of teaching,build an education pattern under the idea of three aspects of education,and implement the fundamental task of strengthening morality education and cultivating people,Biochemistry teaching team in Chongqing Technology and Business University was collected,and a batch of course ideological and political cases and applied them during teaching practices were sorted out,achieving good results.
