蛋白质定量定性分析是生物化学实验教学中常用的方法,在实验教学中具有非常重要的地位,也是相关专业学生在生物化学课程中深入理解和研究蛋白质的重要基础。目前蛋白质的定量分析检测方法很多,本文对比分析了生物化学实验教学中常用的多种蛋白质分析鉴定的方法,对比了不同方法的原理、仪器、药品等方面的差异与教学点的不同,适用专业类型、对实践能力培养的支撑等。

Quantitative and qualitative analysis of proteins is a very importan used method in Biochemistry experiment teaching,and play an important foundation role for students in Biochemistry courses.There are many quantitative analysis and detection methods for proteins at present.Various protein analysis and identification methods commonly used in Biochemistry experiment teaching was compared and analyzed,and the differences in principles,instruments,drugs and teaching points of different methods were compared,as well as the applicable professional types and support for practical ability training.
