Pharmacology is a vital foundation course in Medicine specialty,the pharmacological effects of drugs are closely correlated to their molecular structures and physicochemical properties.ChemOffice is currently the most widely-used software for graphical drawing of chemical structures,which can be employed to draw two-and three-dimensional structures of drug molecules,obtain physical and chemical parameters,and predict ultraviolet,nuclear magnetic and infrared spectra.The base application of ChemOffice in pharmacology was introduced,aiming to guide students to draw the two-dimensional structural formulas or three-dimensional conformation of drugs independently,so as to deepen students'understanding of structures.Moreover,the introduction of ChemOffice could inspire out-of-box thinking,and then achieve the high-quality teaching of pharmacology.
