高职创新创业人才培养“教赛训融合”教育模式探索与实践

为进一步响应国家“大众创业、万众创新”的号召,提高人才培养质量、促进高职院校学生全面发展,满足创新创业的需求。以甘肃有色冶金职业技术学院为例,论述了“教赛训融合”教育模式体系的构建,提出将三大平台、三个体系、三项融合等融入到高职创新创业人才培养中。高职院校作为人才培养的主要阵地,担负着培养新时代创新型人才的重任。

In order to further respond to the national“Mass Entrepreneurship,Innovation,”the call to improve the quality of personnel training,promote the all-round development of vocational college students to meet the needs of innovation and entrepreneurship,taking Gansu Vocational and Technical College of non-ferrous Metallurgy as an example,the construction of the educational model system of“Integration of Teaching,Competition and Training”was discussed,and three platforms,three systems and three integration were put forward that it should be integrated into the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges.As the main position of cultivating talents,higher vocational colleges shoulder the responsibility of cultivating innovative talents in the new era.
