Application of Humanism in Safety Management of Chemical Enterprise

随着生产技术的不断进步和安全意识的逐渐提高,人本理念逐渐被引入化工安全管理之中,以此来提升企业的安全管理水平。为此,文章分析了化工企业在日常生产安全管理中存在的问题,如安全责任、组织结构和技术更新等方面的问题,并提出了在人本理念下的具体应用策略,包括倡导安全文化、提升员工安全素质和完善化工安全管理体系等。

With the continuous progress of production technology and the gradual improvement of safety awareness,people-oriented concept has been gradually introduced into chemical safety management,in order to improve the level of safety management of enterprises.To this end,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the daily production safety management of chemical enterprises,such as safety responsibility,organizational structure and technical update,and puts forward specific application strategies under the people-oriented concept,including advocating safety culture,improving the safety quality of employees and improving the chemical safety management system.
