一种打捞井内卡钻连续油管的新方法

摘要 随着连续油管钻磨、冲砂等水平井井下作业技术的广泛应用,卡钻事件时有发生,因连续油管本身无法旋转,且机械性能受限,导致解卡能力不足,在面临由于井筒碎屑的堆积的情况下,特别是储层压力低导致循环无法建立,一旦发生卡钻极易造成极端事故,最终只能割管上修井机处理,费用高昂,是连续油管行业内作业推广面临的重大挑战。文章重点阐述了连续油管作业机结合密封打捞筒、径向切割炬(RCT)技术如何快速解决连续油管卡钻难题,并对系列配套处理技术进行了描述,对同类连续油管卡钻的处理具有重要借鉴意义,随着相关工艺的成熟应用,有望形成行业内类似问题处理的标准化处理方案。 With the widespread use of coiled tubing milling and grinding,sand flushing,and other horizontal well operation technologies,There’s stuck drilling incidents occur from time,because the coiled tubing itself can’t rotate,and mechanical properties are limited,resulting in insufficient unstuck capacity,be faced with the accumulation of debris due to the wellbore,especially the reservoir pressure is low resulting in the cycle can’t be established,once the stuck drilling is very likely to cause extreme accidents,and eventually can only cut the coiled tubing,and a workover rig is required for subsequent treatment,This’s a major challenge to the promotion of coiled tubing operations in the industry.This paper focuses on how the coiled tubing operator combined with a sealed overshot and radial cutting torch(RCT)technology can quickly solve the problem of coiled tubing stuck drilling and describes some supporting processing technologies,which have important significance for the processing of similar coiled tubing stuck drilling,with the mature application of related processes,it’s expected to form a standardized processing scheme for similar problems in the industry.
