摘要
连续重整装置是一套以石脑油为主要原料,在催化剂的作用下,生产高辛烷值汽油和芳烃,同时还副产大量氢气的装置。提高芳烃收率,是对重整装置生产提质增效最有效的手段。文章主要对装置生产中重整进料初馏点、进料组分、催化剂活性以及再接触温度对芳烃收率的影响进行了分析,并提出改进方法。
Continuous reforming device is a set of naphtha as the main raw material,with the help of catalysts,to produce high octane gasoline and aromatic hydrocarbons,as well as produce large amounts of hydrogen as a by-product.Increasing the yield of aromatic hydrocarbons is the most effective way to improve t he quality and efficiency of the reforming process.This paper mainly analyzes the influence of the initial distillation point of the reforming feed,the feed composition,the catalyst activity,and the re-contact temperature on the yield of aromatic hydrocarbons during equipment production,and proposes methods for improvement.
