摘要
木质素是自然界唯一非化石燃料矿物来源且可再生的芳香族聚合物,具有来源广泛、储量丰富、原料易得和价格低廉等突出优势,是最具开发潜力的可持续生物质木材胶黏剂之一。生物活化改性法不依赖于化学试剂,具有无毒、无害和无环境污染等优点,被认为是未来的研究热点。文章重点论述利用生物法对木质纤维材料中的木质素进行活化改性的基本原理、制备策略、真菌(白腐菌)和酶(漆酶)的选择和培养、制备过程、人造板性能、未来应用前景和展望等方面进行探讨,旨在为生物原位活化木质素制备生物质复合材料的研究提供新思路。
Lignin is the only non fossil fuel mineral source in nature and a renewable aromatic polymer,which has the outstanding advantages of comprehensive source,abundant reserves,easy availability of raw materials,and low price,and is one of the sustainable biomass wood adhesives with the most development potential.The bioactivation modification method does not depend on chemical reagents,has the advantages of non-toxic,harmless,and non-environmental pollution,and is considered a future research hotspot.This paper focuses on the basic principles,preparation strategies,selection and culture of fungi(white rot)and enzymes(laccase),preparation process,properties of wood-based panels,future application prospects,and prospects of lignin in wood fiber materials by biological method,aiming to provide new ideas for the research of bio-in-situ activation of lignin to prepare biomass composites.
