大学教师课堂教学质量提升探索

Exploration of Improving the Quality of Classroom Teaching for University Teachers

当前世界范围内新一轮科技革命和产业变革加速进行。培养造就一大批多样化、创新型卓越工程科技人才,既是当务之急,也是长远之策。在当前形势下,亟须对本科教育教学进行改革和打造“金课”,对教师的专业水平和综合素质提出了更高的要求。作为一名教师,责任重大、使命光荣。如何成为受学生欢迎和爱戴的教师,是教师应该思考的问题。结合多年教学经验,从教学理念要点、课前准备要点、课堂授课要点、师生互动要点和课后辅导要点五个方面进行阐述,提出了四点教育教学感悟。

A new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation is accelerating around the world.Cultivating a large number of diverse,innovative and outstanding engineering and science and technology talents is not only an urgent matter,but also a long-term strategy.Under the current situation,it is urgent to reform the undergraduate education and teaching and build“gold class”,which puts forward higher requirements for the professional level and comprehensive quality of teachers.As a teacher,the responsibility is great,and the mission is glorious.How to become a teacher who is popular and loved by students is a problem we should think about.Based on the author’s years of teaching experience,this paper expounds the key points of teaching philosophy,pre-class preparation,classroom teaching,teacher-student interaction and after-class guidance and four education teaching ideas are put forward.
