摘要
基层教学组织是高校实现立德树人、落实教学任务、促进教师发展、深化教学改革的基本教学单位,是高校加快建设一流本科教育、实现本科教育教学的内涵式发展与人才培养质量的跨越式提升的重要建设内容。高校二级学院在实施基层教学组织构建过程中引入OKR,一方面引导周期性目标聚焦,使各基层教学组织活动与高校办学方向与发展规划有效衔接,切实落实二级学院在教学管理中的管理主体责任;另一方面,引导自下而上的教学目标管理体系建立,使基层教学组织根据自身发展与管理需要,设定并达成工作目标及关键结果,落实教学管理职能下沉,强化组织内部的信息反馈与自组织运行。
Grass-roots unit is the basic teaching unit for colleges and universities to achieve moral cultivation,implement teaching tasks,promote teacher development,and deepen teaching reform.It is also an important construction content for colleges and universities to accelerate the construction of first-class undergraduate education,and achieve the connotation development of undergraduate education and teaching and the leapfrog improvement of talent training quality.The secondary colleges introduce OKR in the process of implementing the construction of grass-roots teaching organizations.On the one hand,they guide the periodic goal focus,so that the activities of grass-roots teaching organizations can effectively link up with the direction and development planning of colleges and universities,and effectively implement the management responsibility of secondary colleges in teaching management;On the other hand,they guide the establishment of a bottom-up teaching objective management system,so that grass-roots teaching organizations can set and achieve work objectives and key results according to their own development and management needs,implement the sinking of teaching management functions,and strengthen information feedback and self-organization operation within the organization.
