基于“政校研企”的校企合作人才培养模式的探索与实践——以有色金属冶炼专业为例

Exploration and Practice of the Training Mode of Collaborative Talents of College and University Based on“Government Research”:Taking the Non-ferrous Metal Specialty as an Example

校企合作对于人才培养意义重大。以有色金属冶炼专业为例,根据多年教学经验分析“政校研企”对培养具有行业背景的冶炼人才的重要意义,就制度保障、培养方式、课程资源、师资建设、评价体系进行探索和实践,优化校企合作方式,整合“政校研企”多方资源,对促进当地区域经济发展、解决冶炼企业所需高技能人才培养难题、构建人才培养模型等有积极的借鉴意义。通过探索与实践产生积极的教学成效,最后提出了面临的问题和应对策略。

The cooperation between colleges and enterprises is particularly significant for talent cultivation.Taking the non-ferrous metal smelting specialty as an example,the author analyzes the importance of“government school research enterprise”in cultivating smelting talents with industry background based on years of teaching experience,explores and practices system guarantee,training methods,curriculum resources,teacher construction,and evaluation system,optimizes the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,integrates multiple resources of government school research enterprise,and promotes the development of local regional economy.It has a positive reference significance to solve the training problems of high skilled talents required by smelting enterprises and build a talent training model.Through exploration and practice,positive teaching results are produced.Finally,the problems and coping strategies are put forward.
