Y_(2)O_(3)-YCr_(0.5)Mn_(0.5)O_(3)NTC陶瓷烧结一致性研究

摘要 宽温型负温度系数(NTC)热敏陶瓷具有高灵敏度、宽温度范围内的稳定性等特殊性能,使其成为理想的温度传感器,但是目前NTC陶瓷烧结一致性差,无法保证NTC陶瓷器件的良品率。通过优化NTC陶瓷制备过程中分散剂的用量、成型方式、烧结方式以及引入离子掺杂等工艺来提高NTC陶瓷的一致性。研究结果表明,分散剂引入和Mg^(2+)掺杂可以有效提高NTC陶瓷的烧结一致性。 NTC ceramics exhibit special properties such as high sensitivity and stability over a wide temperature range,making them ideal temperature sensors.However,currently,the sintering consistency of NTC ceramics is poor,resulting in an inability to guarantee a high yield rate of NTC ceramic devices.In order to improve the consistency of NTC ceramics,this paper optimize the preparation process through the adjustment of dispersant dosage,molding method,sintering process,and the introduction of ion doping.The research results indicate that the introduction of dispersants and Mg^(2+)doping can effectively improve the sintering consistency of NTC ceramics.
